Well…I began my real estate career in 2003 and never looked back! After many rewarding years exercising my creative side in designing all kinds marketing materials, I knew it was time to go for it….time to further test and challenge my sense of adventure and testing new waters.

I really do delight in helping folks buy and sell homes….because I understand it is a very personal and important decision! Selling a home can feel overwhelming, so its my job to guide you through that process with tips on home prep and staging, as well as offer the latest sales and market stats to establish an asking price that is competitive without leaving any money on the table. Of course, the final push comes with creating a visual story with the help of a professional photographer and translating into words the story of your home and then making sure the word gets out!

Staying true to my sense of adventure, I have vast experience working all over the entire Richmond metro area as well as many surrounding counties that include Gloucester and Williamsburg and the City of Hampton. I love the challenge of learning the dynamics of all these areas and it allows me the opportunity to meet great folks. New construction, existing homes, land, foreclosures, flipped properties, waterfront (even chasing down sunsets), in the country or in the city. Yes indeed, I’ve done it and never tire of looking at properties and running the roads for the search in my little red mustang!

My designations include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and I have been at Virginia Capital Realty since 2015 where I have access to vast resources and support. I am a member of the Central Virginia Regional MLS and the Real Estate Information Network (REIN), and the Williamsburg MLS which translates into even more access and exposure to more real estate markets.

Personally, my family is my heart, my silly giant dog is my sweet buddy and you can be sure you will hear about all of them eventually. My relationship with the Lord is foremost in my life, and I treasure my church family. So many things interest me, but to name a few, I love live music, new adventures, I love gardening and I have a passion for design. I lean towards being very silly and always have many irons in many fires…..that’s is definitely the way I roll! We will have fun!
